Our triage process (ABC classification) allows categorization of returned products per specific standards provided by the customer. Triage data is recorded in our system and it is made available to our customers via web-enabled reports and via API calls.
Our RMA Portal and APIs allow our customers to implement complex workflows, including standard returns, swaps and advance exchanges. We also help our customers manage the Return to Vendor (RTV) process, as well as Warranty/Out of Warranty returns and DOA processing.
We can process customer and retailer returns, including de-kitting, cleaning, performing factory reset and/or data wipes, software updates and re-provisioning.
